    great access to parks and campus attractions for city lovers

    I found the area to have excellent access to both the parks and recreation complex, made my weekend city strolls really enjoyable and relaxing. It's just a short walk from the University of Tennessee at Martin, so exploring landmarks was super easy.

    It was just a top selection for a weekend breather in Martin with good value considering the price it charged. The friendly front desk staff made check-in fairly easy despite some delays.

    The room I got was super dated and felt kind of dirty. The microwave and fridge didn't work. There were no decorations on the walls, and it had an overall neglected vibe. I noticed some dirt on the floor, a turnoff. It just was like it could use a serious update and deep cleaning. I don't recommend staying here if you plan on spending time in the room.
